All persons wishing to report a violation or misconduct in connection with NICE Aircraft Services & Support GmbH also have the option of submitting an external report to the relevant federal, state or European Union authorities. Whistleblowers who choose this route are also protected by the Informant Protection Act. In Germany, informants can contact the external reporting offices of the Federal Office of Justice, Federal Financial Supervisory Authority (BaFin) and Federal Cartel Office.

The ombudswoman receives reports of corruption and other criminal or company-damaging behavior and examines them legally. As a lawyer, Ms. Parsch is obliged to maintain confidentiality, at the whistleblower's request as well as towards NICE. Contacting the ombudswoman is free of charge for the informant.
