Implementation

Every employee feels equally responsible for implementing the measures. Our quality control intervenes specifically when a service is newly created or launched. Our employees are regularly trained and the raw and auxiliary materials are subject to constant assessment.

regular checks

As part of quality assurance, set goals are evaluated and any errors or weak points occurring are examined in more detail. Regular checks are the basis for evaluating our performance.

Process improvement

Analysis focuses on process improvement and the lesson learned phase. Experience gained forms the basis for new standards and rules in the service process.
